Marcus came into the shelter wearing a thick chain that he had worn for a long time. He can be slow to trust new people, and will bark at them, and prefers female dogs over males. He is ready to start a new life with a owner who will appreciate and love him, and teach him what living in the house is all about. Although Marcus has some basic obedience, he would be best suited to a family without children who is interested in furthering his education.
